But if you do happen to have any I'd be suprised if they did not take care of it.

i have heard that some have improperly torqued barrels - i mean too loose. is this something i will notice, will it get real loose after shooting?

Overtorqued barrels will not work loose. They simply look like the front sight is leaning left. They have to be loosened at the nut, reset, and the nut tightened again.
If you find yours is overtorqued, call Bushy and they will fix it for you!
I love my Bushy M4...

I shot my M4A3 today for the first time, put 140rnds through it this is after I put an accu-wedge in place before shooting it but the butt stock seems to be slightly loose where the nut attaches it to the lower reciever?? is this sort of thing the norm should I expect to be retightening things as I break it in???

CAR stocks can be a bitch if you dont have the wrench to tighten it back up. I think its like $15 bux for a multi tool wrench on Bushy's site.

This nut is usually VERY tight from the factory...

I bought it directly from AIM as they're only about 20mins down the road from me, I'm worried that I may have bought a lemon??

If you're not having any problems, I wouldn't worry. Just tighten the nut and drive on...

Apart from that I'm not having any major problems, it's just these sort of things I never expected from an AR??

RJ, what flip up rear sight do you have on your Bushy, I've looked at the Bushmaster BMAS and Wilson Combat rear sight??

An older GG&G MAD BUIS (back up iron sight). Their new ones are nicer since they 'lock up' via a detent...

Why do people use iron sights with an optic? I can see having it for backup if the optic goes down, but not using them at teh same time like I have seen.
Especially the GGG model. Wont the giant size block alot of the FOV in an optic?
Wouldnt an Knights 300m sight be better if you wanted to use them at teh same time?
Also, why does the GGG sight have 2 of the same size hole in the sight, Why not 4 different sizes?

So that if your optic goes down from batteries or what not you are still in the game...
line up all of em together ( co- witness ) and you are ready...
GG&G make some great stuff as well....
Nice guys to....
