Ive been thinking alot about getting an AR-15 pistol latley. I can either get a expensive pre-ban bushmaster or one of the newer carbon fiber ones. Id rather go with the newer postban carbon fiber ones due to the price. But i cant stand the uppers. I see cool looking pistol uppers all the time with the carry handle and handguards, but they have the bayonet lug and flash suppressor.
What are the legalitites concerning taking a upper like that removing the lug and perm attaching a muzzle break?
