mriddick had to adjust his AK mags (undercut the mag notch) to function 100% in his AR47. jt325i has yet to fire his...

I'm wanting to hear more on this setup!

RJ, I totally forgot to post an update! I have shot mine. I put around 100rds through it. Didn't have any problems with some of my used Hungarian 20rd mags & used 30rd Romanian mags. I tried a new Romanian with rough feed lips & it gave me some trouble till I smoothed it out with some steel wool. I shot steel cased Wolf. I plan on taking it out with me next time I shoot along with my Bulgarian AK but have been busy lately. Next week I will finally have time. :cool:

Picture of my AR47 (A3 upper, 20" barrel, RRA Tac handle w/Aimpoint ML2 red dot) Mag pictured is a synthetic Polish 30rd. Fit tight but locks in fine. (unlike the Bulgarian polymers) I would still recommend steel mags as they are the easiest to get in & out. Once the AWB dies I plan on getting a .30 cal Vortex flash hider installed on it.
