Reciever for Polish AKM Kit ?

This is my first AK-47 project ( Polish AKMS Kit ). I'm going with the traditional Fixed Wood Buttstock type instead of the underfolder which will turn it into a Polish AKM. I'm out looking at stamped recievers being offered in various places like joeken, Ohio Ordnance Works, etc. In your experience, what's the best out there ? I'm looking at OOW's and i think i might go with this one but i would like to hear some opinions and do's and don't and which recievers to avoid. I really want to make this project the best as possible no matter how long it takes me. I've seen some awesome builds from the Polish AKMS kits around in this forums and would like to hear any advice about the right reciever to use. Thanks everyone ;)

I'm building one also. I got my kit from Global along time ago, it's a select, unfired kit. This is gonna be my second build, my first was a wz.88 Tantal, I built it on OOW AK-74 receiver and I must say it was a sucess:D . You can see it a few posts down. I"m going to build my PMKMS on a Vulcan receiver, I just got two of them on Tuesday. My FFL orderd them from Joeken about a month ago. My first impression of them was very positive. I think they're made better than OOW, but I hear they have some issues with the front trunion holes. I hope this is a minor problem and easy to overcome. OOW 47 receiver will leave your gun with an ugly gap between the selector lever and the dust cover. I hope to start building my gun this weekend, and will post my progress here. :D

I built a folder with an OOW and a fixed with the Vullcan. Both went together easy. If you get the OOW you will have to drill the trunion holes. Use your trunion for a template. If you are going to do a screw build without removing the barrel, the Vulcan is the way to go.

Thanks for the reply guys ! I really appreciate all the input. My computer was down so i just now had the chance to post a reply. It's nice to be back ! I think i've change my mind, now i think i'm going with the Vulcan reciever from joeken.
