Polish AKM Slant break how do I get it off

Hi,
I need help taking the polish PKM slant break off.
Is it screwed in or do I have to take a pin out first?

I am pressing on the trunsions and the slant break prevents from doing so.

[Ugh!]

It is left hand threaded instead of the right hand thread most of us are used to, to take it off turn it clockwise while pushing in the detent pin from the front sight base.
