Only a dealer can transer you one unless you find a private seller in your state.

If no one around you carries them, you can have your dealer order you one from Kiesler's or maybe SOG. Even if you find an online site that will sell direct to you, you'll need a dealer in your state to receive the firearm in and transfer it to you.

Thanks Circuits....I do have a FFL dealer here I worked through to get my AK...pretty cheap too, only $15.00. Hadnt thought about ordering through a local dealer....will ask him what kinda deal he can get me. Thanks!
