Bushy M-4 Brake Question

I just picked up a Bushy M-4 and want to swap the brake for
your A2 brake. What is the price and turnaround? I know you
are busy. And is it silver soldered or blind pinned? Also, do
you have to remove the barrel? What about the nise level? Sorry for all the quaestions. Thanks
