I always swore that I'd never pay so much for a weapon light, but after handling one of the Surefire M900As, I couldn't resist. Jeez, I almost spent this much on the complete upper for my SBR Bushy.... I'm still suffering from some sticker shock.

It should be here in a couple of weeks and I'll post a pic of the whole enchilada when I get it mounted up.

Now, if only I can resist that A.R.M.S. 45 handguard, I'll be okay. That is probably a battle that I will ultimately lose, however.

Wow, I forgot all about this thread. Sorry. I'll take some pictures tomarrow and get them posted for you.

I have managed to resist the siren song of the #45 mount, but I did add a CompM2, M68/cantilever, and new DPMS rear sight. That all set me back on the #45 mount.......for now:D

Man, that looks out-freakin-standing!!!!!

What's your BBL length? 11"?

Close, it's 11.5". That NFA paperwork is a hassel, but the end product was well worth the $200 and the 4 month wait.

Oh, and despite the barrel length I can still manage right at 1.5" groups at 100yards on average with 60 grain TAP ammo. With the older C-More (smaller dot) tight groups were easier, but the accuracy of the current Comp M2 set up is more than acceptable for me.

Glad you enjoyed the pics.

Oh and while your at it, buy a Surefire M4FA sound suppressor. Best out there.

Also, forget the SIR. You can only mount stuff on top and on bottom unless you buy extra side rails. make it look like a true USSOCOM weapon and get a Knights M4 RAS. Takes forever to get cuz of the outstanding Army and Marine orders ( Im going on my 3rd month of waiting), but they rule.

Or a Vltor. Im still debating if I want to mount one. I love the extra battery storage and better cheek weld, but I dono if I wanna give up the storage compartment that I keep my Otis cleaning kit in and I already have a GGG forward pistol grip that stores 3 N batts for my EOTech. :dunno:
