He is not a Fed, Augman is a sleazy dealer from Texas that sells alot of questionable crap.
My main complaint with him though is that he buys Preban Colt Sporters which he parts out for the "preban" lower. Perfectly legal, but as an AR collector it sickens me to see an all original collectable preban Colt stripped for parts so someone can build an M4 clone.
