I'm shooting an Oly Arms Match/Target I recently got, haven't shot many groups yet, too busy breaking in the barrel and too much wind to shoot groups, winds are averaging a little over 35mph this week. Such are the plains of Illinoise! I'm hopeful that with good ammo, this gun will average somewhere around a half-inch or less for 5 shots at 100 yards. Is this a realistic expectation? I bought the rifle to thin the coyote population, but also like to shoot groups when the freaking wind isn't trying to push me into the next county. The rifle has a .920 diameter its full length, and is totally free-floated. What bullet weight is likely the best for a 1/9 twist? I've been loading 55's, but might try the 62 & 69 grainers if they shoot well. Any thoughts?

Free floated with no chrome, I'd say that 1" is a more realistic goal, particularly if your trigger is stock. I get around 1.25 MOA with my best handloads in my stock Colt match target, and it is fully chromed.
Try Federal American Eagle 52gr ammo if you don't reload, and if you do reload, try using 52gr Sierra Match Kings. You can try anything up to about 75grs in your 1x9.
