OK, so what do we want?

Guys, I have a feeling this forum could be a good venue for "group buys"...I've been thinking about getting my business license so I can buy from the wholesalers again anyway.
Give me some ideas what we are looking for...and think outside the box!
Not just cammo uniforms....field gear, helmets, magazines, web gear, tents, and just about anything military can be had, if you know where to look. And sometimes the best price can be found in the oddest places. You'd be AMAZED what price a primarily clothing dealer will sell mag pouches for, for example.
I know and have done business with many of the big wholesalers before, and sometimes there are terms that have to be met- business license, minimum purchases, and the like- but we, as a group, have big buying power. Maybe we should use it.

Well, if we do group buys we need to clear them with the management here, they will ask for a small portion for providing the venue, its reasonable or there wouldn't be a zillion group buys going on in the group buy forums already.

I can see something like that being a possibility. I can also see trades and swaps happening.

As for me, I am primarily interested in anything WWII to present Russian, and anything of the Warsaw Pact forces. I wouldn't pass a good deal on other things though. I really want a set of CADPAT (or the suitably accurate knockoff). Not interested in MARPAT, I want the original colors.

Redsoldier's nylon two piece rainsuit is really cool. Great quality, indestructible, and the city-2 camo pattern I purchased is real nice.

I like it all. But I want some old Soviet woodland pattern stuff in all the variations. Not flora or VSR (though I love 'em) but the older woodland. Also, some REAL SMK pattern, not the "city 2" sold by the retailers.
