Aren't these the tin badges (Sport Events, Charities, Political, etc.) that Barq's Root beer was giving away a few years ago? Seriously, I know they had some weird promotion thing going on. Anyway, this looks like the kind of grab bag of East Bloc stuff that Sportsman Guide sells from time to time stuck on a pilotka (SP?).

Oh, those things. Yeah, it's a bunch of Soviet Tinnies (so called cause most are made out of tin stampings) stuck on a (usually very small size) Russian side cap, or "Pilotka".
at best there are 3-4 dollars worth of stuff there. The soviets cranked out these tinnies by the ton, for everything you can imagine.
These are popular with the tourist trade, and can be bought off the street in many Russian cities for just pennies I am told. After all, who want's all that old Soviet junk?
