Anyone have experience with these?

Mepro-21 Reflex Sights
The M-21 Reflex Sight gives a bright amber 5.5 MOA aiming point regardless of light conditions and does not require batteries. Fiber optics provide the dot in daylight hours and Tritium takes over at night. The sight is extraordinarily light and durable, completely adjustable for windage and elevation in .25 MOA clicks, and mounts to any standard Weaver-type base.
I fondled one at the shop and it seems pretty well built. No batteries required is a plus.
