Oly Arms Uppers Post September 2004

Am I whistling in walking past the graveyard on this or will the lapse of the so-called "assault weapons ban" play havoc on Oly Arms prices.

My hope is that the bottom will drop out on prices for the post=ban stuff and they'll become afford for a dope like me.

I'd love to be able to pick up a politically-correct Oly upper w/o a break, gas check, faux flash hider et cetera. Should I wait till the third week of September? or just forget it?

Idle speculation is sought ... please give it. TIA.

I speculate, why put off until tomorrow when you could have it today. I (like all souls here) am unsure what will happen at the sunset. But me tends to doubt there will be wholesale drops in the prices of anything pre or post ban, new or used. Guns and their prices have a one way history, it was cheaper last year, 5 years ago, 10 years etc...... Go ahead and buy something now, dont look back, and if they become all that much cheaper in late sept. buy another.
