Got my eye on one at a local shop for $359.

If they weren't so darned expensive, I'd get one.
I'll just stick with my 10/22 for plinking. :p

I hope to have a report within the next 30-40 days. I put it on layaway.:D
I had an RRA lower some time ago, but never could afford an upper so I sold it to fund a project.
I figure this time around if I already have an upper, it won't be near as hard to get the scratch for a lower.
I've had a cz v22 upper for 6 or 7 months now, and have put about 3000 rounds thru it. A great little plinker. Accurate, easy to shoot offhand, and very reliable after a modification to the mag. Actually, I milled a mag block to accept an h&k 20 round mag I got from Numrich. The mag was about 30.00. The original mag wasn't terrible, just a little less reliable than I liked.
About the upper itself, one thing I like about it is you can easily separate the barrel from the upper reciever for through cleaning. I can sure reccomend these. One thing, shop around. 359.00 sounds way too high.Gunr.

gunr, I sent you an email about wanting to pick your brain a bit on the CZ 22 upper. I bought one used and am having nothing but problems with it. Hope to talk with you later.
