Moving into the AR Realm

I'm considering taking a step into the AR world. I was looking into building my own AR from a parts kit. The one I was looking at is a DPMS AR-15 16" Rifle Kit sold by FAC Guns N' Stuff, and for the lower reciever, an Olympic Arms T3 MX Maxhard AR reciever, also from FAC. Are these a good buy? Whats the quality like? I'm coming from AK variants so I do not know what to expect out of an AR kit quality wise. TIA.

AR kits will outshine any AK kit. AR quality control is great with DPMS, and I have heard good things about the MaxHards...

i've seen J&T up close and personal.. but I'd like to see the difference...
