Here is a Ukranian winter coat. It has a removeable liner and a hidden hood. Insignia isn't original to coat.

That looks similar the ones that Harbor Freight was selling for less than $20 a piece last year. Very nice. I picked up a half dozen Ukranian BDU sets last month for a song from them, it pays to check odd places from time to time. :)

Is there a cinch cord in it?

It is one from Harbor Freight and yes there is a cinch cord. They also had the matching winter bib overall type of pants. A VERY warm set. Used one last year in February for a FTX. High was between -5 and 0 degrees and snow covered and they were toasty!
