I bought a bunch of the M21/10s from a vendor that was at the Show of Shows last year. The Tiger was from him this year. The RD-54 was from another vendor there last year.

Along with the tiger vest he had the camo uniform, much like the one you posted here not long ago.

I have another harness that supposedly was Spestnaz issue in VSR camo. I'll try to find it.

I have one of the tiger camo vests that I got off
e-bay a couple months ago for $40.00. It is too
large for me, size 42 minimum.

I don't like it because 7.62 & 5.56 waffle mags
are too tight in their pouches for fast removal.

I think the mag pouches were sized for steel mags,
not waffles.

? for ya, What are the two pouches w/ the elastic
loops inside for, shot shells?

I would really rather trade for a vest I can actually use. One that will hold 8 5.56 or 7.62
waffle mags & in a schofield(sp) cammo pattern to
match my cammo's. I need a size 40.

I would even trade up,( my vest + $) if it would work for me.

I don't know if they made most of their vests to size smaller than the Tiger that you have. My Tiger and M21/10s are pretty much sized to the minimum at a US 42-44. On the Tiger it wouldn't be that hard to move the upper strap attachment points in a couple of inches on each side and re-sew.

The pouches are a bit tight on standard steel AK mags (7.62X39) but seem to be pretty good for AK-74 mags. The lower pockets with the elastic would seem to be set up for VOG-25 rounds.

I wonder if the waffle mags would fit better if I removed the dividers in the pouches?

Any thoughts?
