Please let it go. One of the more disheartening things about these forums is watching folks pointlessly trash one another. You guys are all playing the same stupid game - you're just choosing up sides.

I will say this, you don't answer the 100+ emails when shit hits the fan and babysit some of the more arrogent members at once, so no you don't understand why I am again bothered by spamming assholes.

This ain't no game, it is easy for you to say when you don't have to see what I see behind my screen.

This post is not to flame just to inform you, that from your prospective it is one sided. I see both sides and it is on going.

BUT NO MORE.... I am taking care of business, like I should have long ago. No more politics and no more being mr. nice guy.

A parable: Two English lords are walking towards one another on a narrow stone path through a muddy field. I still maintain that the best way to deal with idiots is to not play their game. If you engage with them on their terms, it's hard to tell just who is the scoundrel.

I feel left out, I didn't get any form letter invite.Every body else gets spamed and I don't even get one. :( Maybe they just picked out people that they thought would have something to add to their sight.
I am confused by a lot of internet protocol or ethics or whathaveyou,is a form letter always considered spam or do you think these people that complain to the moderators just have a chip on their shoulder?I get junk from webshots, trip.com, yahoo, Jfax, and phamesutical companies(why?????), but never get cool stuf like an invitation to a gun sight.
Seriously though, would I be in trouble if I forwarded some joke or something to board members, or is spam just soliciting?
Sorry to be so ignorant, but could someone explain what spam really is?Would they have been alright if they had composed each invite separatly or is it anything unsolicited, or is it just because of flamewars and such?

Pls dont be offended but you see, people in this site prolly visit other sites that has firearms content. they prolly have accounts there too. Im speaking for myself, coz I visit the AR site, assweb site, AK74 site etc etc and post things there too. In fact I found the AR site first than this site before it was sold, so whats the big deal. People prolly go flip-floppin to different sites anyway. ya ya i know but I did not get any spam mails from either those 2 guys. Members here wont go away just because somebody left the house. People leaving here just cant stand the in-fighting., but they do come back...just my 2 cents.
