Car Stock - Side Sling Attachment ?

Where can I get the little plate that goes behind the lower receiver and in front of the car stock... instead of the regular plate, its got a rectangular ring to the side where you can attach a sling?

It looks like this, only I want the one which sticks out to the left only for right hand shooting.. I dont want the ambidextrous, both sides.
