For $20, these are great little knives:

Gotta be good, if AG sells them , he will not deal in anything that isn't quality.

While youre at his site check out his "Woodswalker". A very interesting idea. I'm debating wether to buy 1 or 2, and which sheath. The guys who have them are very happy, not a folder though. But, compact. Everyone who owns one says they are incredibly useful!

It's been years since I bought one, but the old Gerber EZ-out folders were great knives for the money. I got mine back in '96 for around $28 or so, if I recall correctly.

Probably the best blade for the money, though, is my Benchmade Bali-song butterfly knife. Factory Second, had some screwups in the polishing, and only cost me $30. The only downside is all the laws that equate butterfly knives with switchblades. Fortunately, living in Arizona and possessing a CCW permit, this is not an issue for me :)

Cheaper Than Dirt from time to time will have certain medium Benchmade folders for under $40!

What ever you get look for either ATS or AUS steel. 440 or 420 steels don't hold an edge very well.

Kind of hard to beat the Buck 110 for $40.

Kershaw's Vapor series are built very well and won't break your bank.

i bought the 3 inch vapor at wally world for 19 bucks or so.

I've carried it for about three months.

the blade does not hold an edge like my custom fixed blade hunter, but it is an awesome knife for 20 bucks, and if you lose it, you don't need to feel too bad !

Those things are $20?!? That intrigues me.
