What knives do you have in the kitchen?

For me, I have the Kitchen Classic Series by Cold Steel. They are great knives, IMO. I wash them all by hand though, never in the dishwasher.

My wife got me a full set of Henckles knives last Christmas for the Kitchen!

I have sabatiers made in france.the professional ones.I also have A few henkels and some forschners.
