Anyone have any experience with these?
It's light enough I could carry it all day for work but I just wonder how well an all polymer blade holds up?

I have always wanted one of their polymer folders.
I do have a Cold Steel full size tanto made out of Zytel inpregnated polymer. Sharpens right up with fine sand paper!

Well if you simply intend to open letters, the edge should hold up fine, but if you try to cut other things (like wood) you might have a problem.

Looking primarily at tape, packaging, wire stripping and in a dire emergency someone else...

It should hold up fine, though wire stripping and stabing other people may hurt the blade.:)
