I can't wait to see the sword. First you buy a cold steel knife for $20 , and now you buy a smith&wesson for $19.99, i feel like i am going to explode with anger(and jealousy).:mad: :D :p

This should make you feel better, I just got this one yesterday, and I paid full "RETAIL" price. But most places don't have it and I wanted it and I just got paid, so..............

I apologize for my above post it was a weak attempt at humor.
Now i have a few questions about your new knife.
1 How long is the blade?
2 What type of finish is on the handle and blade?
Yes knowing that you paid full price for this knife makes the world make sense again.:)

Nice gallery. Some wicked blades there. Is that edge on the Gatorback serrated or has it had a run in with a brick wall?

BTW, I've seen people bring color swatches to match, did you carry a sword in to see how the colors matched??

Nope. Just knew it would set off the brass real well. My wife took me to her fabric shop to find it.

Yeah, I enlarged the pic & could see little tufts of the carpet were interrupting the blade line, making it look uneven.
