It's a customized DelTin war-sword hilted by Arthur Elwell.

DelTin makes some decent blades. I've been toying with one of their sideswords recently, and it's a lot of fun. I really like the DelTin rapiers, backswords and sideswords that are built with Darkwood Armory hilts.
