Hey fellas, just bought my Bushmaster with the A.R.M.S. system. I'm looking for the perfect scope to put on. Money not really an option when it comes to my carbine(except for the radically priced Trijicon). I got them narrowed down to 3 brands: EO Tech, Aimpoint, and C-More scopes. I used Aimpoints when I was in the Army, and I have no complaints with them what so ever. I was going to stick with what I knew, but then I came across EO Tech and C-More and liked what I saw. EO Tech comes with an 1 MOA reticle and so does Aimpoint. I think C-More Tech has a 2 MOA reticle, but the tubeless configuration looks like it would work wonders in quick target acquisition. I need help from people more informed than I. Thanks for your help!

if you have the money, I'd say Aimpoint over Eotech.. (sorry RJ :D)
no idea about C-More.. never heard of em... but.. between the two.. I like the Aimpoints for the looks.. but I like Eotechs because they're affordable and still bitchin..... course.. as you said.. money's not an option..

I'll second the Aimpoint or EOTech options. C-Mores are a novelty, and are not sturdy enough for field use. For close to the same amount of green, go with the big two (ACOG being the BIG ONE).
EOTech's have a 1 + 65MOA laser hologram, Aimpoints have a 4MOA CET dot, and C-MORE Tacticals have a 4MOA LED dot. Of the three, EOTechs have the best field of view.
Here's my EOTech'ed M4:

Field of view and dot with NVGs (EOTech is the only dot optic that will work with Gen IV NVGs).

Thanks everyone for the intake. I think you have me sold on the EOTech, RJ. Where did yo get the NVGs that can be mounted behind the EOTech sight like that, RJ? I found some Patriot NV scopes that will mount behind the EOTech, but they were a little expensive. Thanks!

Those NVG pics are of a PVS-14, from EOTech's website. I cannot afford a good piece of glass like that. ;)

Also, Special Operations Command just chose the EOTech as their standard non-magnified dot optic. Move over Aimpoint. :p

But RJ, the Aimpoint has a patented double lens feature that gives the user a no-hassle feature of having to match up the dot to the center of the scope. Check it out at: http://www.riflescopes.com/departments/11/rifle_scopes/aimpoint.htm (http://http://www.riflescopes.com/departments/11/rifle_scopes/aimpoint.htm)

While I'm posting and have well-informed users on the board...how do you post pics? I read the help section and click on the insert image button, but am unable to copy an address or a pic in the box. Yes, I'm computer stupid. Thanks again.

The Magic of Holography
In holography, all the information required to reconstruct the reticle image is recorded everywhere in the Heads-Up display window. If the window is obstructed by mud, snow, rain, etc., the HWS remains fully operational , with point of aim/impact being maintained. Even in such extreme cases where the laminated window is shattered, the HWS is fully functional! As long as the operator can see through any portion of the window, the entire reticle pattern is visible on target...the operator can still engage with confidence.

...And like I said earlier - the EOTech is now the standard for SpecOps (USSOCOM). Aimpoints have the bigger contract for the DoD in general, but SOCOM get's EOTechs as well...
Don't get me wrong, I love Aimpoints, and you should get what suits your tastes!!!

TO post pics, they must be hosted from another website. Either your own or from a company website.
