Price on Swede Carbine

What is the norm to pay for a rifle like this.

$297 is pretty high, IMO, and that's taking into account the receiver being the fourth year of Swedish production and having an Vasteras elevator wheel in the rear leaf.

Even for all matching on a 96/38 they seem to go for ~$225 to $250 in these parts. The $300 examples set in the same dealer racks for months/years in my neck of the woods. All we have is the secondary market, and it vastly depends on locale as to what the price vs. demand will be.

Most of mine I got in the mid/late 80s for $79 or so. :p
