will a ARMS22M68 scope mount fit a Hakko BED-30 red dot?

The ARMS #22M68 CCO mount is a 30mm base. It was designed to fit the Aimpoint M2/ML2 CCO's and the Trijicon TriPower CCO. It would fit if the 30mm part of the sight was at least 1.2in long, but by that picture, it dosent look like it is. PLus, the parts around the 30mm area, like the opjective house and the main housing that has the adjustment knobs looks a little too high to mount properly.

You could use ARMS #22 Throw Lever Rings that will fit if your scope is 30mm. They have the Throw Lever so they are guranteed to be mounted and dismounted without loss of zero.
