Should I take the chance??

Ok guys I am about to order a kit from either model 1 or JT.
Should I take the chance and order a pre ban kit?
I know it looks pretty good that the ban will sunset, but you know what they say about the only sure things are death and taxes.
I'm leaning toward taking the chance, any reason why shouldnt?

You can always cut off the lug and replace the flashider with a false one or muzzle brake and silver solder it on, would not cost alot. I already had a post ban kit so I am buying a barrel from Bushmaster and the vise with barrel removal tool so I can replace it myself when the time comes. I also plan on helping anyone in NEPA replace their barrel if they want to.

I would go ahead and order it up if nothing else you could always do what I did in 1995 when I ordered a post ban and got a preban by mistake and didnt want to screw around sending it back. I just ground the bayo lug off and pinned a 74 style brake on it.:D worked fine.

I ordered mine... Id go for it. It will sunset for sure. How long we last wihtout something else is another question.
