Thats as cheap as you will ever find one of these semi auto AK action .410 gauge shotguns. I love mine. The mag only holds 4 rounds but it is a blaster. Barnaul sells these steel cased slugs that are quite accurate as a target shot at 50 meters with this rifle. It is great. At $149.99 and extra mags on sale for $15 (as compared to usual $18) this is a good buy. Anyone leaning towards one of these should consider snagging one you wont ever see it cheaper. They lowered the price a bit on their other Saiga,s 12 ans 20 gauge and the 7.62 x 39, .223 and .308 I think. I have the .410 the .223 and the .308.
I really like these .410 slugs they are kick ass thats why Id rather have the .410 than the 12 ga.
I used to have a pic of mine but I think I deleted it. Anyway check out CDNN. They have spome great deals on pistols right now too. All non CR unfortunately. I like these guys thouhg, my FFL has the license on file and they ship the same day I order. They call him he says OK and I get my goods two or three days later. Pay my FFL his $30 and Im good to go, I wish that was cheaper but what the heck. :)
Bottom line is I really recomend these neat little .410 semi auto's, you get that reliable Kalashnikov action and they are accurate. I've gotten some really nice groups with the slugs at 50 meters.
PLUS THEY ARE ONLY $150 BUCKS!! SHEESH!! I think I got mine for this price as well last time they had a sale two years ago but I paid alot more for my extra mags. Their mag deal is a good buy right now cause those suckers are expensive, that is the major drawback of Saigas weapons IMO.

I saw that. I am so tempted to buy one of their 12Ga Saigas for $199 and do the pistol grip conversion. You can't beat the price!

whats the website?

One of the larger local gunshops (2 locations) has the Saiga 20's for $180 on sale 'til tomorrow (they're closed Sundays and Mondays).
I'm really torn. I've found some pricey 10 round mags that would make the Saiga 20 gauge a blast. Last I knew, the only "home defense" load was 3 Buck but it should be adequete. I'm more a 12 gauge fan but the thought of a 10 shot AK shotgun is interesting, especially for the price. 20 gauge would be just dandy, I'm betting a good pattern could be had at "combat distance" with the standard bbl. length. Doubt I'd bother with a pistol grip conversion but it's an option. I'd rather spend the money on mags.
The other toss-up is to go with a Cetme. I've got the rest of the night to search and read, I've been laid up with a slipped disc all week otherwise the Saiga probably would have been a done deal. I doubt the Cetme's are gonna disappear anytime soon, a Saiga 20 for $180 might be a whole different deal all-together.
Hmm, seems I'm leaning towards trying to get my half-crippled butt to that store in the morning already...:D

i've shot the 410 and the 20, both are very neat. the 410 was picky on ammo if i remember, and wouldn't digest the short 410 shells. i think for home defence, teh 410 would be a better way to go..i think i'll order me one of these 410's, because they are a blast!

There are some posts on a Saiga forum and even saw some on E-bay awhile back. Prices were hefty but I've paid similar prices for mags in the past. I just wonder if Kalishnikov shotties will go the way of the USAS12 with any influx of mags in the 8-10 round zone and be deemed DD's?
Just re-checked the sale ad and the local joint has the 20 gauges for $169, this wasn't a good week for the old back to give out.:( Now to convince my girlfriend she needs one of these;)

Did I miss something here? I checked out their web site and can't find those Saiga's on there. For that matter, i can't find any guns at all listed for sale there...... all I see is magazines......
EDIT:

Go to Targetsportsinc.com. You'll see those Saiga's over there. That's where I finally found them.
