Are they the plastic snail looking drum?
If so, they have a notorious reputation for malfunction!!!

Got really lucky at a gun show a while back. If the photo host was up and running, I'd show off my prize. Many times I would rather be lucky than good. The seller had just set up his display when I walked by and saw it. At first I thought it was a 100 round AK drum, but the tall feed tower was a dead give away. Then I saw the price tag: 100 round AR-15/ $100" !!!!! The money was out of my wallet and in the sellers hands so fast I think I scared him! When I opened it up to verify that it was the 120 round AR drum, I found the inside full of grease!
Yes I have fully loaded and used it, and it was 120 rounds of almost never ending firepower that never missed a beat! Got many funny looks at the range when it seemed like I'd never run out!
