Pistol Upper w/o buffer

I went to a gunshow this weekend and was told someone now makes a pistol upper that doesn't require a buffer, it's all contained in the upper. Does anyone know who makes it and where to get it? This would be nice then I wouldn't need a pistol buffer and I could put a cap on the buttstock threads and put a sling swivel there.

Olympic arms OA93. I've had one for years. There was a bunch at the last gun show I went to in new hampshire, they were going for $850-1000.

Dosent it use a copy of ZM-Weapons self contained buffer that is above the barrel or does it use something else?
