I am using aimsurplus Portugese NATO 7.62 x 51 ammo for the first firing of my new panther and am having problems.
First 19 rounds was ok but did not strip cartridge from mag. Then did not extract spent casing and started jamming.
Finally broke new magazine in a jam.
Help!! I cleaned the barrel after every shot and field stripped and cleaned the bolt and receiver after 20th round. 20 rounds later and every shell was mot being extracted and was jamming new one in.
I will try new ammo tomorrow but could there be anything else wrong?
