Not at all pleased with the customer service at ASPI Tactical. Ordered a Fobus Grip & Tactical Riflr case from them on Oct 9. Card was charged on Oct 11. On Oct 20th I contacted them to see what was up with my order.

Was told the case had been on backorder but it would ship the next day. Sent another e-mail on Oct 26 telling them by close of business on Thursday, I wanted them to e-mail me with either a tracking number or to notify me that my Card would be credited with the full amount.

Now, I know it can sometimes take several weeks to get product from some businesses, but don't tell me it's shipping the next day and not do it.

Their website even has places for them to put notes and status updates for your order, but they didn't ever update it with any information other than the original order.

Gonna cross them from my list of reliable vendors to do business with. :soapbox:

I hate it when that happens. I waited 3 months for my knights M5 RAS and some other stuff because they kept saying "parts are do here tomarrow..." and finally called and canceled and got a refund, ordered from another place and got my stuff in a week.

Gave them till yesterday to send me tracking number or refund. Didn't do either. Lodged a complaint with American Express!
