When I finish cleaning my AR-15 and look down the barrel using a curved flashlight, what is it supposed to look like?
Is it okay to see a few little specks of whatever (I think it's cloth from cleaning patches)?

Blow in the barrel to see if they move. If they do, it's just lint. If not, re-clean it soldier! ;)

Dont scrub too muc hwith copper solvent or tranny fluid. If your gonna scrub the barrel spotless, use CLP as it wont pit the chrome. Tranny fluid and copper solvent will eat away at the chrome lining after a few hundred passes.

I thought copper solvents were supposed to be used only everynow and then...
I still cant see using ATF as a solvent... that stuff reaks :)
