Will Styer AUG mags work in AR15's?

No, they lock up differently, the AUG from the rear, the AR from the side. Also, the AUG's is longer front to rear and will not even go up into the AR mag well.

Maybe you were thinking of the British L85A1/A2 bullpup rifle? Those mags do interchange (mostly) with AR mags.
