Hello again everyone, I was wondering if any of you know the manufacturer of the upper receiver I recently purchased from Molel 1 Sales. The receiver is an A2 (fixed carry handle) unit. The code on it is unlike any other receiver code I have seen before. Instead of the usual 2 letter codes I have seen on Colt or Bushmaster uppers, this receiver is marked with a symbol resembling an aysymetrical zero or circle. I cannot find information about this code anywhere. Have any of you figured out who makes these? It seems to be decent quality, although the rear sight doesn't fit as well as some I have seen. The rifle I built with this part works good and it fits the Rock River lower well. I just was curious about the manufacturer & if it was U.S. made. Todd

A picture of the symbol would be much more helpful...

I'm thinking it's the Diemaco "D", but we'd need a picture to be sure.
