legally converted to pistol grip and butt stock? Using the same parts used in the Saiga 7.62x39 conversion? Are the hammer,trigger, and sear/disconnector the same in 12 ga. and AK? Thanks.

Yes, You just have to grind a couple of places down on the hammer and some disconnectors. Just make sure it is all us parts that you put in and you are good to go.
Here is a how too, just ignore the feed ramp part.
Instead of a sheppards hook, use C clips to hold in the axis pins.
