Group,
The Arcus m94 as sold by Century, comes w/ an ugly rubber grip. Am wondering if aftermarket US grips, Pachmayr, Hogue, wooden, plastic, etc. will fit, or are those OEM Bulg. grips proprietary?
Same Q. about internal parts; how similar are the trigger parts, etc.? Will Browning or Brownells parts fit them?
Are they as good, relative to original FN/Browning Hi-Powers, as Bulgarian AKs are to other AKs?

I have an Arcus 94 it's really been a great gun for the money you can't go wrong. I also own a FN/Browning High Power made in '68. The Arcus shoots as good as the High Power, but I've noticed some of the South Afrikan magazines I have only fit in the Browning and not the Arcus. Parts look similar, but I've never replaced extractors, ejectors or anything as of yet. I replaced the original grips with Pachmayrs, they fit ok.

[Caps lock got stuck on]. Would you trust it like your FN? Is the finish a satin, brushed chrome or what? I'd prefer blue or matte.
How does it compare to the FEG Hungarian semi-clone, assuming you've handled one?
Does it have 3-dot sights? Are they prominent? The FEG's I've seen look too vintage for me; I need prominent sights.
Does the safety lever engage positively, ala 1911? Heard the FEG's have 'mushy' levers that feel like they could disengage if accidentally rubbed the wrong way. Not good.
Would really like to handle one but no dealers seem to stock them in my locale. Anything else you can think of is appreciated.
Thanks again.

The finish on them is two tone looks to be a dull brushed chrome for the frame, with a kind of matte black finish for the slide. I've seen other finishes for them from pictures online, but they aren't being imported into the US. Fit and function are quite good, in my opinion, it seems more robust than the current FEG high power clones. Sights are promenant with white dots, my only complant is that taking the saftey on requires some effort.
It's as accurate as my Browning, even a bit more comfortable to shoot. Doesn't look as pretty of course. I've shoot winchester 115 HP's in it and S&B 115 FMJ's both of which it likes. I've probably put only 300-400 rounds through it, but I've never had any jams or problems.
