Eotech sight and the RAS II?

Does anybody know if these two are compatible?

The EOTech is compatible with all Mil Std. M1913 rails (Picatinny). The raised section in the RAS 2 is to allow the use of a std height low profile ring for Aimpoints so you couldnt mount it up there unless you dont mind not co-witnessing with a BUIS. Also, If you get the AA battery EOTech, you wont have room for a BUIS behind it since the raised rail portion takes up a bit of space. Heres a good pic of the RAS 2 and some info about it:

The ACOG in that picture is about the same length base wise as the N batt EOTech and can still accept a BUIS as seen behind it. Heres the sight with all the info:
