What are the markings on the pistol, and in the circle on the grip?

After looking it over closly , not taken apart yet..
Serial no. 146xxx
marking on right side.. Cz Logo.. J lionhead 37
marking on left side ... None
it has a 2 tome blue finish the frame is darker than the slide..
has the markings 5c 92 on the front of the grip
the mag is numbered but not to the gun
on the sight rib.. CESKA ZBROJOVKA A.S. v PRAZE.

one thing thats intresting is the rotating barrel that rotates when the bolt locks up and unlocks..
