I saw a device at a local gunstore...basically it was an extra magazine housing which mounted directly to the lower (I think); it appeared to be an aluminum housing which worked with the mag release button to release the spare mag (to allow quick reloads)
It was about $75...anyone have experience with one of these? Sorry, I forgot the name of it.

its called a REDI-Mag i beleive... or something to that idea..... and you are correct, it mounts to the lower reciever.... a lot of people use them in 3 gun matches... from what I've seen, its a great way to keep an extra mag on hand and I believe you can remove both, or one or the other depending on what you push.. or something like that.... it eliminates a common problem that mag-couplers have, which is the top round vibrating foreward and causing problems when trying to stick a mag with a protruding round into the magwell...
not sure what they normally go for... 75 seems a little high, but may be about right..

Thanks for the name...I found a couple on Gunbroker, they do go about $65+...
Might look into one of those...of course a Beta C mag wouldn't fit after it was installed. (Not that I have any of *those*, can't at $250 per)
