I dont believe they do yet, but I am sure if you called them they could probably sell you one. YOu could also look at Model 1, J&T, DMPS, and maybe Rock river. I think they have pistol uppers but I dont know if they are 5.56 or 9mm.

I have owned 2 different ar15 pistols in 223. First was the OA93 by Olympic Arms and it was beautiful and functioned perfectly. No iron sights though but that could be remidied with a rail mounted sight setup. Sold that thing during the AW ban due to being offered too much money.
The other one I currently have is more like the traditional style of a small ar15 rifle with a small 'pistol' tube. That tube is a pice of krap and am trying to get the bugs worked out of it. I have some ideas to make it work but the other projects just keep getting in the way. If you are interested in one try to shoot it first to make sure you do not get any more headaches than you need.

There's a gas tube just made for pistols. It's sold by M16 Clinic. It's called the Pigtail. I think Brownells sells it, too.
It's simply a gas tube that coils itself around the barrel. The Pigtail has the additional length needed for proper cycling without any jams.
