There are quite a few firearms training schools around the country
Many of them are taught by folks that are either from LEO or ex Military types
I have had the pleasure of taking from both schools of thought and have seen a large difference in approaches to the same problems
Anyone else attest to this? Which do you prefer?
I find I get alot of defensive skills from the LEO`s, ie; how to keep out of jail/prison while defending yourself and home.
Mil types teach a very forward approach, very offensive.
Trying to balance the two is sometimes hard as at times they are contrary to each others teachings.
Just wondering what others think of this
