First off, S&B is my preferred ammo. I have never had a problem with it, and the loads seem to be very consistant. Now your questions. The bullet used in the ammo that I buy is 55grs, FMJ-M193/No 2903. The round is listed as 223 Remington and 5,56x45 so I would guess it is actually 5.56x45. I do not know if they have 62 gr rounds.

I was doing a Google search on S&B 223/5.56, kind of sorting through my whored to figure current value. I bought Five cases back when Cheaper than Dirt wasnt expensive as GOLD! Any ways I found this post. I have shot most of my wally world 40rd value packs from the ammo canned storage. I bought these at around the $120 per 1K, now its around the $300-$400 mark and back ordered.
I will probably shoot off all the wolf, and other Russian stuff, hang on to this, the Guatemolian, and what ever else that is in the back of the stack...
