This stuff is just weird. When shooting for groups at the range with my Marlin and Ruger, it will group about 60% of the shots inside 1" at 25yds. That's acceptable for backyard plinking, though it won't win any matches. The other 4 shots pretty consistently stretch the group out to 2-3" at 25yds. Given the reports of inaccuracy with these, I'm wondering what's causing these flyers:primer compound or bullet? My efforts at sorting real .22lr rounds out by weight were rather fruitless. Has anyone played around with weighing Super Colibris,or other forms of culling the bad rounds from their ammo?

I don't know the quality of their primer system and since they are only run by primers any variation in them will greatly effect the accuracy. There could also be variations in how the bullet is crimped into the case. Having no powder to push the bullet any variation in the crimp will effect the velocity. Have you tried to chrono the rounds? I think that could tell you a lot to see if they all fly at the same speed or if there are vast differences in them :dunno:
