I bought a ak pistol on Saturday at a gun show, something had happened to the back swivle so the dealer told me to call the maker. I called Dave Sat. night asking when I could come in. I asked if he was open on Sundays as I am very busy. He said bring it in. He is not open on Sundays, but he took time out of his day to meet me. So I get up there and he replaces the swivle for free!! I get to talking to Dave about triggers and how I hate them on AK's, so he takes the gun, stips the lower and polishes the trigger, disconnector and hammer. Reduced the pull by 3 pounds. Remember we are an hour into this and he is doing this for free!!!! Talk about customer service, the gun was great to begin with! He then spends 30 minutes answering my questions, I was so impressed I left my SAR-2to get work done on it. More talking reveals that he has some AKS's underfolders, so I ask to see one, he shows me and I had to buy it. The best quality I have seen yet at a very good price. The reason I am posting this is because I can not remember the last time a dealer took the time to work on a gun for free and treat me as if I mattered. Guys and Gals if you are looking for a stand up gun maker/dealer you need to go to this guys site.
