Providing its not a unit disk, there are two variations and both were divided into three sections. The largest section of the diskcontained information regarding the bore at the throat.
The first variation: was marked with the numbers 2,3,4,and 5 on the topand 9, 0 and 1 on the bottom line. The bottom line should be read as 6.49 to 6.51 and the top row should be read 6.52 to 6.55.
the second variation was marked 6.51 followed by 2 through 9 on the top line and 6.46 followed by 7,8,9, and 0 on the bottom line. The bottom line indicates the minimum acceptable bore diameter and should be read 6.46 with the number indicated by a triangle above it substituted for the 6. Thus a triangle mark over the 9 on the bottom line would indicate a minimum bore of 6.49, if no number is marked then the minimum bore diameter is 6.46
likewise the top line indicates the maximum allowable bore diameter. The number indicated should be substituted for the 1 in 6.51.
The smallest wedge indicates bore condition, 1 means slightly worn, 2 is moderate, 3 is heavy wear.
The third wedge contains the abrevations torped and str and the word overslag. Originally it was intended to indicate the amount of holdover that the shooter had to apply when using the m94/41 cartridge in rifles that were sighted in for the m94 cartridge. Torped means spitzer/boattail, overslag means impact above and str was the abreviation for point, which would indicate how many decimeters to hold over or under.:D :D :D

I have an M96 #370729 all #'s match. The disk has; on top torpedam nearest the middle, Overslag near the front of the weapon on the disk and str to the rear of the weapon on the disk. The small wedge is 2 3 on top and 1 on the bottom. The next wedge is, 2 3 4 5 on top with the 2 near the front of the disk, and 9 0 1 on the bottom, there is a triangle under the 2 pointing down to the 9. The weapons make is Carl Gustafs Stads, Gevarsfaktori. 1915. Thank you for your time and information. 8dDUCE.
