I have always found the Krag and interesting rifle.

I've always found it an interesting piece of history. Pretty remarkable that such a finely made rifle, with all its delicate parts and precise tolerances would see action as a standard issue rifle. Kinda like issuing Porsche's to the Army for troops to ride around in. LOL
