preban drums??

Is there such a thing (as pre92) preban drums? I dont mean no ban or prior known as LEO drums.The reason being that here in NY we still have to deal with a mirror of the past fed ban and I want a AR drum.Thanks for any info

Yes, there are Beta mags that were pre-klinton ban. They are harder to come by, and you would probably require a certificate from the seller guaranteeing that they are pre-clinton.

Also, there were some Norinco 120 round drums for the AR. By virtue of the fact that they are in country, they are all considered pre-clinton ban. All Chinese military items, firearms, ammo and mags were banned in 1994.
